You HAVE to make these Brie Upside Down Bites. They are so easy to make and they are the perfect appetizer! ♥️

Roll out your puff pastry to about 1½ its size. With a 3½ inch circular cookie cutter, cut 8 rounds.
Place parchment paper on a sheet pan, add the honey in little dollops, score the brie and place on top. Wrap the puff pastry over the brie as tightly as you can.
Pinch the edges with a fork so they don't puff up.
Brush with the egg and bake at 400℉ for 20-22 minutes.
Top with chives and more honey.
