Heavy Cream Scrambled Eggs! Just like my heavy cream fried eggs but somehow these are better? Custardy and perfect.

First, whisk your eggs and strain.
Secondly, preheat a pan for 2 minutes on medium high. Then, add in cream and caramelize on medium 2-3 minutes.
Add in salsa Macha and the eggs.
Let them barely set, add salt & pepper and just move them around ever so slightly so you have large curds.
Divide into 2 plates, add more salsa Macha on top and an obscene amount of chives.
