Whipped Goat Cheese... In case you need a really good recipe or a last minute one for game day or if you are hosting and you have no idea what to make, this one is perfect! It's so creamy, easy to make, and delicious.

First, slice the garlic super thin. Preheat your pan with the olive oil for 1 minute on medium, add garlic slices and lower heat to medium low. Fry until they become a pale golden color. If you do more than this, they can burn and be bitter.
Secondly, Poke a hole in your tomatoes so they don’t burn your mouth when you eat them.
Remove garlic from oil and let sit in a paper towel. In that same oil add shallots and tomatoes, cook on low until they are all melty. About 10 minutes.
Whip your goat and cream cheese together with a pinch of salt.
Lastly, spread dip on a plate, add the tomatoes/shallots, garlic chips, honey, basil, lemon zest, flaky salt and crushed red peppers.
