1.- cube brie and start whipping. It will get clumpy at first and you’ll have to use a spoon to get it off the blades. Keep going until it is smooth. About 5 min. 2.- combine salsa macha and honey. 3.- fry the almonds in the butter until golden. 4.- spread brie and top with the honey, almonds, lemon zest and salt.
