Sizzling Scallion & Chili Oil Dumplings

My go to meal when I’m hungry and want something quick because I’ll never sacrifice on taste & quality. I legitimately always have @laobandumplings in my freezer, and pick them up from Whole Foods.

Preheat a pan on high 2 min. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to it. Add your dumplings and lower heat to medium high. Cook for 1-2 min. Add in your broth, bring to a simmer, lower heat to medium and cook covered for 5-7 min. Mix the scallions, fresno, ginger, tamari, rice vinegar, gochugaru and sesame seeds in a bowl. In a sauce pan, heat up your olive oil for 2-3 min in medium high. Add to the scallion bowl. Serve the dumplings with the leftover broth, the oil and top with sesame seeds.
