cup preserves

juniper berries

tsp white peppercorns

orange

cinnamon

tbsp honey

oz brie

slice prosciutto

chive
Instructions
0 Roll out the puff pastry sheet until fairly thin, cut it into 12 squares. Pierce each square with a fork so they don’t puff up while baking. 1 Place each square inside of a muffin/cupcake tin. Bake at 400℉ for 13-15 minutes or until lightly golden. 2 Add the juniper berries and pink peppercorns to a mortar and pestle and grind them. If you don't have a mortar and pestle, you can use a rolling pin and a cutting board. 3 Add the fig preserves to a pan with the honey, orange zest, cinnamon juniper berries & pink peppercorns to a pan. Cook for 2 minutes so it thickens a bit. 4 Slice the brie into 12 small squares. 5 Add some fig preserves to each of the puff pastry cups followed a slice of brie. Bake another 3-5 minutes. 6 Top with prosciutto and chives.View original recipe
