These buffalo corn ribs are to DIE FOR! They are spicy, herby and full of flavor. I love buffalo sauce with all my heart and I was craving wings. I didn't have any but I did have some corn and decided to make these. Quick, easy and delicious. These are not only perfect for game day, but perfect for anytime you are hosting!

0 Slice the corn in half, then into quarters.
1 Heat up the buffalo sauce in a saucepan for 3 minutes, add in honey and turn heat off. Add in butter and whisk together.
2 Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet, brush with the buffalo sauce on all sides.
3 Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until very golden. Then broil for 2 minutes.
4 Mix together the ranch, herbs and Parmigiano for a dipping sauce.
5 Add the rest of the sauce to the corn. Top with chives. Serve, enjoy and that is it!
