What you need

cup heavy cream
cup buffalo sauce

tbsp smoked paprika

tsp dried dill

tsp dried parsley

tsp onion powder

tsp chipotle powder

tsp garlic powder

tbsp chive

cup gruyere

cup parmigiano reggiano

tsp butter

salt & pepper
Instructions
0 First, mix together the cream, spices, chives, buffalo and grated parmesan. 1 Secondly, slice the potatoes pretty thinly but not paper thin so they hold their shape. 2 Butter a baking dish and layer the potatoes as shown in the video. 3 Drizzle the cream over them with a bit of buffalo sauce. Then, add the gruyere. 4 Bake covered in foil at 400F for 45 minutes (in the middle rack). 5 Remove foil. Then, bake uncovered for 15-20 more minutes. 6 Lastly, top with chives, black pepper and parmesan.View original recipe
