Crispy Steak Bites 🥩 ❤️ for ep.15 of my restaurant series… these would def be on my menu! Especially with the caviar on top... This is delicious without caviar too btw but add flaky salt on top.

tbsp tamari
egg

cup panko

seasoned salt

olive oil

creme fraiche

chive
caviar
Instructions
0 First, brush the tenderloins with Tamari and wrap in plastic. Then, place in freezer 1 hour. 1 Secondly, shake and strain the egg into a bowl, add the rest of the Tamari. 2 Slightly pulverize the panko and season. 3 Then, cut the steaks into cubes or rectangles. 4 Pass the steak through the egg wash and coat in panko. 5 Then, place in the freezer for 15 minutes. 6 Fill a saucier about halfway with oil. Then, heat up until the bottom of a wooden skewer bubbles. 7 Fry on high heat, until golden. About 45-65 seconds. 8 Lastly, top with creme fraiche, caviar and chives.View original recipe
