What you need

cup pistachio nuts

tbsp panko

fresh oregano
egg

olive oil

honey

crushed red pepper

fresh mint

0 First, mix the pistachio, panko and dash of oregano. 1 Secondly, pat dry the feta pretty well but carefully. 2 Pass the feta through the egg wash and completely coat in the pistachio mixture. Then, let sit in the fridge 15 minutes. 3 Preheat a pan with the olive oil until it hits 325F or the bottom of your wooden spoon lightly bubbles. 4 Fry the feta on both sides until golden, about 1.5-2 minutes per side. 5 Then, drizzle honey on top, add crushed red peppers and mint. 6 Lastly, enjoy with bread!View original recipe
