Frozen Skyr ❤️ They are SO easy and so cute! Tbh I wasn’t crazy about the cottage cheese ice cream but this…this was delicious! I used @IcelandicProvisions Skyr as always because it is the creamiest + love the added protein.

0 First, slice the ends of the lemons so they lay flat and cut in half. Juice the lemons and reserve 1/4 cup of the juice, store the rest 1 Secondly, remove the membrane from the lemon and place in a freezer bag. Freeze overnight. 2 Lastly, in a bowl, add the skyr, condensed milk, lemon and lemon zest. Then, add to an ice cream container and freeze. You can also use an ice cream maker for a creamier result.View original recipe
