Grilled Bone-In Ribeye 🥩💚 Calling all my STEAK LOVERS!! This one is for you. Trust me when I tell you that this charred asparagus salsa will take the steak to a whole new level.

What you need

seasoned salt

bunch asparagus

bunch green onion

serrano pepper

cup olive oil
lemon

bunch cilantro

tbsp red wine vinegar

tsp agave nectar
Instructions
0 Pat dry your ribeye for a better sear. 1 Season the ribeye pretty generously on both sides with seasoned salt. Let it sit 30 minutes at room temperature. 2 Add a drizzle of olive oil to the asparagus, Serranos and green onion. Then, char directly on the grill until it gets a bit of blackened spots. 3 Grill the ribeye for about 11-12 minutes to medium rare. Let it rest. 4 Chop the asparagus, green onion, and Serrano pretty small with the cilantro. Then, mix in salt, pepper, lemon, agave, vinegar and olive oil. 5 Spoon the salsa over the steak and that is it!View original recipe
