tbsp salsa

seasoned salt
Instructions
0 First, whisk your eggs and strain. 1 Secondly, preheat a pan for 2 minutes on medium high. Then, add in cream and caramelize on medium 2-3 minutes. 2 Add in salsa Macha and the eggs. 3 Let them barely set, add salt & pepper and just move them around ever so slightly so you have large curds. 4 Divide into 2 plates, add more salsa Macha on top and an obscene amount of chives.View original recipe
