Lasagna Roll Ups

Lasagna Roll Ups ❤️ it is officially back to school and my days are crazy with work and my family. Lasagna is a favorite at my house, but it takes so long 😅 especially the sauce! I found a way to get it done in under 40 min using the NEW family size marinara by Mezzetta and it is absolutely delicious.

What you need

onion

garlic clove

tsp balsamic vinegar

oz marinara sauce

basil

tsp oregano
oz ricotta

nutmeg

cup parmigiano reggiano

lasagna noodles
mozzarella

salt & pepper
Instructions
0 First, in a preheated pan sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then, add in the beef and brown with salt, pepper, basil, oregano for 5 minutes on high. 1 Secondly, add in 2 cups marinara, balsamic and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the ricotta, Parmigiano, nutmeg, salt and pepper. 2 Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente. Then, spread ricotta over the noodles, add some of the meat and shredded mozzarella. 3 Roll them up. Then, spread some marinara to the bottom of a baking dish. 4 Lastly, add in the lasagna roll ups. Cover them with the rest of the marinara, top with mozzarella and a bit more Parmigiano.
