Lasagna Roll Ups

0 First, in a preheated pan sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then, add in the beef and brown with salt, pepper, basil, oregano for 5 minutes on high.
1 Secondly, add in 2 cups marinara, balsamic and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the ricotta, Parmigiano, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
2 Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente. Then, spread ricotta over the noodles, add some of the meat and shredded mozzarella.
3 Roll them up.  Then, spread some marinara to the bottom of a baking dish.
4 Lastly, add in the lasagna roll ups. Cover them with the rest of the marinara, top with mozzarella and a bit more Parmigiano. Then, bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
