Lemon Butter Sauce… So silky, lemony and perfect. It is no secret that butter makes everything better right? Trust me when I say that this goes well on ANYTHING, from veggies to chicken or any seafood. One of my favorite things to do is serving it over shrimp with a LOT of fresh herbs.

What you need

⅓ cup water

1 lemon

1 salt, just a pinch

6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed, start with 6 tbsp and add more to taste

0 First, add water to a pan with the lemon zest. Simmer and reduce by about half.
1 Secondly, squeeze 1/2 lemon and cook 1 more minute. Then, turn the heat off and salt to taste.
2 Then, add the cubed butter. Emulsify with a whisk vigorously off heat.
3 Lastly, drizzle over anything your heart desires.
