What you need

tbsp whipped cream

egg

tortilla chips

mayonnaise

mustard

gruyere
korean marinade

sourdough bread
Instructions
1. Whisk your egg with the cream. 2. Spread mayo on one slice of bread and add salsa macha. Add your chicken and shredded gruyere. 3. Spread mustard on the other slice and top with the smoked gruyere. 4. Press your sandwich together pretty tightly. 5. Preheat a pan for 2 min and add 1 tbsp butter per sandwich. 6. Quickly pass the sandwich through the egg wash. 7. On medium low heat toast your sandwich on both sides until golden. 8. Enjoy with cherry peppers and pickles.View original recipe
