Mortadella Cheese Bites

What you need

oz goat milk

oz brie

crushed red pepper

tbsp fresh rosemary
tsp salsa

tbsp honey
Instructions
0 Mix together the brie and goat cheese. Place in a piping bag. 1 Pipe a decent amount on the center of the mortadella slice but toward one end. Wrap it tightly as shown in the video. Let them sit in the fridge 20 minutes. 2 Preheat a non-stick pan for 3 minutes on medium high. 3 Place the mortadella fold side down to seal. Its ok if a bit of cheese oozes out, it'll create a crust. Get it crispy on all sides. 4 Mix the rosemary, honey and salsa macha. Add some to the pan when the bites are all crispy (reserve some for topping) and let it cook for 1 minute. 5 Serve, top with more honey, crushed red peppers and that's it.View original recipe
