Just toast your bread, have the rest of the ingredients ready and then let your company have the fun of making their own Pan Con Tomate! It is sure to be a show stopper! It really is a perfect, delicious and easy appetizer for any occasion. And trust me, rubbing the garlic is a MUST. It adds the garlicky touch without being too overpowering.
