What you need

brie

baguette

slice prosciutto

olive oil

garlic clove

cup honey

habanero pepper
fresh tarragon
lemon zest

salt & pepper
Instructions
0 Drizzle some olive oil on the bread slices, add salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. 1 Wrap each piece slice with prosciutto and set aside. 2 Preheat a pan on medium for 2 minutes. Add honey and habaneros and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off and let it sit. 3 Slice the brie into rectangular slices. 4 Rub each crostini with garlic, add a brie slice on top of each one and place in the oven for 1-2 minutes for it to slightly melt, but not too much. 5 Top each crostini with the peach wrapped in prosciutto, drizzle honey, zest the lemon, add tarragon and black pepper and that is it!View original recipe
