Pesto Caprese ❤️ A while back I started sharing ways to twist classic dishes and this was my caprese rendition. I’ll say, it is SO good!

What you need

cup panko

cup olive oil

basil leaves

tbsp chive

tbsp parmigiano reggiano
lemon zest

seasoned salt

burrata
Instructions
0 First, in the tbsp of olive oil toast the panko until golden. 1 Secondly, slice your tomatoes into rounds, then in half. 2 In a food processor add remaining oil, basil, Parmigiano, chives, lemon zest and salt. Then, process until super smooth, about 2-3 minutes. 3 Arrange the tomatoes on a plate with basil leaves. Then, drizzle some of the herby oil. 4 Lastly, add burrata in the center with more herb oil and add panko to the tomatoes.View original recipe
