What you need

tbsp oregano

tbsp panko

cup pistachio

honey

extra-virgin olive oil
egg

mint

crushed red pepper
Instructions
1. Mix the pistachio, panko and dash of oregano. 2. Pat dry the feta pretty well but carefully. 3. Pass the feta through the egg wash and completely coat in the pistachio mixture. Let sit in the fridge 15 min. 4. Preheat a pan with the olive oil until it hits 325F or the bottom of your wooden spoon lightly bubbles. 5. Fry the feta on both sides until golden, about 1.5-2 min per side. 6. Drizzle honey on top, add crushed red peppers and mint. 7. Enjoy with bread.View original recipe
