Pumpkin Pie Truffles

0 First, cut up your pie into large chunks. Then, add it all to the food processor but reserve a bit of the crust for crumbling on top.
1 Secondly, process for a few seconds. Then, add in the bourbon, I would start with 1-2 shots and go from there. Adjust to your taste.
2 Process until smooth. Then, let the mixture sit in the freezer for 1 hour.
3 Then, form the balls and let them sit in the freezer for another hour.
4 Smooth them out with your hands and let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5 Then, coat in dark chocolate and let sit in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
6 Lastly, top with the reserved crumbled crust and that’s it.
7 Store in the fridge.
