What you need

grape tomato

pistachio
lemon

garlic

pistachio

crushed red pepper

honey
parmigiano reggiano

coarse sea salt

black peppercorn

extra-virgin olive oil

burrata

sourdough bread

crushed red pepper
Instructions
1. Combine the tomatoes, pistachio, parmigiano, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers and honey in a bowl. 2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan until fragrant and the bottom of a wooden spoon bubbles. 3. Pour hot oil over the tomato & pistachio mixture. 4. Slice the burrata balls in half, expose the stracciatella and pour the tomato mixture. 5. Enjoy with crusty bread.View original recipe
