This Spicy Ramen and poached egg yolk is beyond easy and SO comforting! Perfect for those sick days or just a quick and easy dinner. It comes together in under 15 minutes and is a hug in bowl. You can't get any better than that! 🍜

What you need

cup mayo
tbsp chili flakes

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp cane sugar

egg yolk

0 Mix together the mayo, chili crunch, rice vinegar, sugar and saucy seasoning packet from the ramen. Tip: if your ramen doesn’t have that, you can add in 1.5 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tsp sesame oil. Adjust to taste. 1 Cook ramen to package instructions. 2 Add it to the sauce with 1/4 cup ramen water. 3 Poach the egg yolks in the simmering water for 15-30 seconds max if you want them runny. 4 Top the ramen with the yolks, more chili oil and the dry seasoning packet from the ramen.
