Spinach Artichoke Whipped Brie

What you need

tsp honey
tbsp chive

cup parsley

cup spinach

pinch seasoned salt

tbsp salted butter

garlic

cup marinated artichokes

vidalia onion

oz cream cheese

oz brie
Instructions
1. Preheat a pan for 2 min on medium. Add a touch of olive oil. Add your onions and slightly caramelize on medium low for 15 min mixing often. Add the butter, garlic and seasoned salt. Sautee another 10 min. 2. Add in spinach and artichoke for 1-2 min so it wilts. 3. In a food processor whip the brie and cream cheese until smooth. Add in spinach and onion mixture as well as your herbs and honey. Pulse until incorporated but still chunky. 4. Top with gouda and bake at 375F for 15 min or until golden. 5. Enjoy with bell peppers and here I am also using @nature_valley Savory Nut Crunch Bars.
