Stuffed Dates

I make these stuffed dates for every event I have and they're always a hit. They're perfect because they come together quickly and easily AND you can make them days before so it's less to stress about!For links to the products I used, see my October Products list on Amazon.

What you need

oz cream cheese

oz brie

bacon

cup slivered almonds

chive

0 Add the bacon to a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes depending on how thick your bacon is. Let of cool. 1 Cut a slit in the center of the dates. Remove the pit. 2 Cut the rind of the brie. Add your brie, cream cheese and bacon to a food processor. Blend until smooth. 3 Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add your sliced almonds to the dry pan in a single layer. Stir or shake often, for about 3 minutes, until golden brown and smells nutty. Using a mortar and pestle, pulverize the almonds into pretty small pieces. 4 Pipe the cheese inside the dates. Coat with almonds and add chives.View original recipe
