Let's talk about this Roasted Garlic & Tomato Butter Ciabatta Bread... it's practically a party on a plate! Perfect for tearing and sharing (or just for yourself - no judgement there!) What you need
fresh garlic

tbsp white miso

oz unsalted butter

parmigiano reggiano

seasoned salt

fresh basil

crushed red pepper

Instructions
1 Slice the top off the garlic and drizzle olive oil on it. Wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 60-70 minutes. 2 Add the sun-dried tomatoes and 2 tbsp of its oil to a food processor and process until pretty small. 3 Add room temp butter to a bowl with the tomatoes, miso, salt, garlic and parm. Mix well. 4 Spread onto ciabatta and grate a ton more parmigiano on top. 5 Bake at 365°F for 15 minutes. 6 Top with basil and crushed red peppers and that is it!View original recipe
