What you need

oz yellowfin tuna

scallion

tbsp creme fraiche

tbsp tamari
lemon zest

tsp truffle oil

salt & pepper
caviar
Instructions
0 First, make a small x in the middle of the wonton wrappers so they don’t puff up. 1 Secondly, spray a muffin tin with oil. Then, press in the wonton wrappers and spray more oil on top. 2 Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden. 3 Chop your tuna pretty finely. 4 Then, add to a bowl with the creme fraiche, Tamari, lemon zest, scallions and truffle oil. Then, salt to taste. 5 Lastly, fill the cups with the tuna and top with caviar.View original recipe
