Vodka Eggs 😻 When I tell you these are worth every bite I mean it…they are rich, spicy and a little bit sweet.I cooked 5 eggs bc I miscounted 😂 but typically you do 6 for 3 servings.

What you need

garlic clove

cup tomato paste

tbsp crushed red pepper

tbsp vodka

cup heavy cream

organic eggs

tsp oregano

salt & pepper

parmigiano reggiano

basil leaves

black pepper

olive oil
Instructions
0 First, preheat a pan on medium for 2 minutes, add a touch of olive oil and sauté the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Then, add in crushed red peppers and tomato paste. Cook together on medium high for 3 minutes. Mix often. 1 Secondly, deglaze with vodka and cook until liquid is evaporated. Then, add in oregano, salt and pepper. 2 Add in heavy cream. Then, simmer for 2 minutes until it slightly caramelizes. 3 Add in eggs and cook on medium high for 1 minute. Then, cover and cook until they set. About 3 minutes. 4 Lastly, add Parmigiano on top, fresh basil, more crushed red peppers, black pepper and drizzle of olive oil.View original recipe
