5 Cut up the watermelon into very small chunks. Then, place in a freezer bag and freeze overnight. 6 Process the watermelon until almost smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Then, add in the agave nectar, lemon and 1/3 cup rosé until smooth and creamy. 7 Combine the sugar and sumac.
