What you need

oz cream cheese

tbsp unsalted pistachios

slice french baguette

fl oz honey
tbsp fig jam

fresh figs

brie

dash salt
Instructions
0 Slice the Brie Crosswise: Place the wheel of brie flat on your cutting board. Rub a little oil on a sharp knife and carefully slice horizontally through the middle of the brie, like you’re cutting a bagel in half. Set the top half off to the side. 1 Make the Whipped Brie: In a food processor, blend the triple cream brie (rind removed) with the cream cheese until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls. 2 Add Flavor: In one of the bowls, mix in ¼ cup chopped pistachios and fig jam. Spread this mixture on the cut side of the bottom brie slice, then place the top half over it. Press gently and, using a butter knife or a spreader, clean up around the edge, smoothing the whipped brie. Refrigerate 20 minutes to set. 3 Finish and Serve: Spread the remaining plain whipped brie from the other bowl on top. Garnish with quartered figs (I used 6), a drizzle of honey, chopped chives, flaky salt, and more crushed pistachio. Serve on top of toasted baguettes slices and enjoy!View original recipe
