What you need
chive

smoked salmon

creme fraiche

pinch ground black pepper

pinch salt

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp salted butter

russet potato
Instructions
1. Grate your potatoes and squeeze out every last bit of moisture out of them using a kitchen towel (clean obvs) or cheesecloth. 2. Add the melted butter and olive oil to the potatoes and season. 3. Preheat a cast iron for 2 min on high. Add olive oil and the potatoes. 4. Gently press it with the spatula but don’t over press so they’re still fluffy. 5. Cook for about 12 min per side on medium or medium high depending on how hot your stove gets or until golden brown. Top it with the creme fraiche, chives, dill, salmon, capers, olive oil & pepper.View original recipe
