Spicy Salmon Nori Sushi Wraps

so easy + delicious! You can sub the salmon for basically anything…obviously inspired by #Onigirazu but didn’t feel authentic enough to call it that 🥺.

What you need
sriracha
chive

fresno pepper
sushi rice

cucumber

avocado

sesame seed

black sesame seeds

spice mix
mayonnaise

sesame oil
chive

nori
Instructions
1. Chop the salmon pretty small. Combine it with the mayo, sriracha and sesame oil 2. Cut a slit halway through the nori sheet stopping halfway as well, as shown in the video. 3. On the left bottom corner add some rice, top with sesame seeds and togarashi. 4. On the top left corner add the salmon and top with chives and fresno slices. 5. On the top right corner add avocado and underneath the cucumber. 6. Starting with the rice corner start folding it like in the video. Eat as is or carefully slice in half diagonally. 7.
