Salmon & Spicy Avocado Mayo Wonton Cups

It is no secret that small bites and apps are quite literally my bread and butter and these did not disappoint!

What you need
oz sushi rice
tbsp tamari soy sauce

serrano pepper
lemon

wonton wrappers

tsp granulated sugar

salt

tbsp sesame seed

scallion

tsp sesame oil
cup mayonnaise

tsp rice vinegar

avocado
Instructions
1. Spray avocado oil onto a muffin pan, add the wonton wrappers in the center as shown in the video. Add more avocado oil aerosol. Bake at 375F for 10-12 min or until golden. 2. Add the mayo, avocado, chopped serrano and lemon to a food processor. Process until smooth and season to taste. 3. Cube the salmon and add to a bowl. 4. Add in the scallions, tamari, sesame oil, rice vin, sugar and sesame seeds. 5. Add the avo mayo to the cups, top with salmon, a tiny slice of serrano and enjoy.View original recipe
